XF Restricted Performance Repair and DPF clean

After visiting us with the dreaded Restricted performance light on an XF we have diagnosed as EGR failure and replaced the EGR valve. Following this the DPF was 82% blocked. We have ran a 2 part cleaner through the DPF followed by a regeneration lowering the soot level to 6%. This is an extremely cost effective repair as most garages will simply replace the particulate filter at this soot level costing well over £1000.
